located in a three-story building (420 sq.m). It is equipped with modern equipment at every stage of production. The company has passed the industrial certification of Kazakhstan and is a registered manufacturer of goods in the country.

Design laboratory
Fashion design is now done entirely digitally with Gemini's Creative Studio CAD systems. The design lab and testing facility are used to develop new products and ensure that our customers get exactly the products they need, with protective properties suitable for the adverse conditions they face in their production.
Cutting Room
The semi-automatic cutting room is adapted to the digital cycle of product management. Mass production and processing of multilayer markers applied to large-format paper is now complemented by the GBOS laser marking and cutting machine, allowing individual orders to be processed at the speed of large-scale orders.
Manual assembly line
The line is equipped with standard shuttle machines as well as special operations units (button, loop, button setting, triple stitch and many others) to ensure efficient order processing.
Automatic assembly line
There's nothing more satisfying than watching machines do your job. The ability to design templates internally enables automatic production during the initial stages of production. Quilting, installation of patch an inner pockets and many other operations are automated to increase the speed of production and, most importantly, the quality of our products.
Digital embroidery
Automatic embroidery machines work around the clock, embroidering your logos on your future clothes.
Branding Workshop
The digital design section is equipped with the most modern printing equipment for transferring graphic materials to your clothes. Regardless of the complexity of your graphics, we can offer a solution that will meet your expectations.
