We are thrilled to announce that Special Gear Kazakhstan has successfully completed the registration process as a qualified manufacturer of local goods (TIER 2) for JSC Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna." After a two-year project navigating continuously changing requirements, ambiguous interpretations of internal rules, a dysfunctional operator portal for information exchange, and poor communication with little to no feedback, we celebrate the end of the bureaucratic challenges imposed by one of the least efficient operations in the country.
With a long history of successful deliveries to companies within the fund, we have solidified our position as a reliable supplier in the Kazakhstan market. Local Goods Manufacturers Register of the Fund
At Special Gear Kazakhstan, our diverse range of garments is available in our shop. It is important to note that many of our products have been acquired by the fund and have received certification as serial production with CT-KZ, Industrial Certificate and others to come that increase cost of production.
These certified garments are registered in the Fund's Local Goods Manufacturers Register, underscoring their status as locally manufactured goods and are available for purchase through the operator's portal with up to 40% increased price to cover costs of operations.
Note the register update rate is limited with the number of constraints imposed by operator, continuously changing regulations and requirements.

Continued Collaboration and Expansion
Despite the constraints practiced by the operator, we are proud to continue our collaboration with Samruk-Kazyna's enterprises. Our goal is to expand the range of products available, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of the fund and its affiliated companies.
In January 2022, the qualification committee of Samruk-Kazyna Contract approved Special Gear Kazakhstan through Level 2 screening within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provision category (1535899151). This approval reaffirms sometimes it is possible to overcome endless review of documents.
